Compassionate Leadership: An embodied practice to deepen in coherence and awareness in your life, work and purpose

 ༄

Under the guidance of Tibetan lama and scholar Khenpo Samdup Rinpoche, our annual Compassionate Leadership retreat is designed to introduce participants into the theory and practice of Tibetan Buddhism as a powerful tool to radically shift our perspective and deepen our toolkit to become the aware and compassionate leaders the world so urgently needs.

Our Method

Compassionate Leadership is an approach Conscious Leadership that is rooted in the principles of Dharma and Tibetan Buddhism. Over the years, our experience has evidenced the many complementarities between Dharma and Conscious Leadership. Now, we are teaming up with top Dharma Teachers and Leadership Coaches to unveil a new approach to Conscious Leadership.

The Pillars

  1. Clarity of Purpose: Sharpen your sense of purpose and meaning to make decisions aligned with your values and beliefs.

  2. Virtuous Decision-Making: Understand the causes and conditions of virtue and non-virtue in decision frameworks, and take clear, virtuous action to bring about positive transformation to all your relations.

  3. Mindfulness and Self-Awareness: Increase awareness of your own thoughts, feelings, and actions to become a more resilient, adaptable, and mindful leader.

  4. Empathy and Connection: Cultivate equanimity, generosity, empathy and meaningful connection to others in order to create more positive and supportive work environments, foster stronger relationships, and inspire your teams to work together towards a common, greater goal.

Daily Flow

  • Tailored, daily embodiment practices such as Tibetan Qi Gong, Pranayama Breathing Yoga and Walking Meditation.

  • Healthy, locally-sourced breakfast by local chef Marco Brandenburg.

  • Teachings and Practice to cultivate awareness, detachment and peacefulness, led by. Khenpo Samdup Rinpoche and supported by in-house artist and musician Moncaya.

  • Macrobiotic lunch by local chef Marco Brandenburg, enjoyed in silence in order to integrate insights gathered during the morning activities.

  • Group-oriented space for co-creation: Q&A with Khenpo, building bridges across participants, themes and sectors, etc.

  • Curated Dinners with guest artists to foster connection among participants.

  • Evening sessions built around art, introspection, relaxation and surrender
